• Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over 100 EUR within the Benelux region (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg).
• Orders below this threshold will incur standard shipping fees based on the delivery method chosen.

Processing Time

Since all of our products are custom-made and made to order, the processing time can take up to 5 business days. We take great care in crafting each piece, and we will do our best to complete your order as soon as possible, often before the 5-day maximum.

Apparel Delivery Options

1. Pick-up Point: For apparel orders, we offer delivery to the nearest pick-up point to your home, ensuring a convenient and cost-effective option.
2. Express Home Delivery: Available for an extra fee, this option delivers your apparel order directly to your doorstep for added convenience.

Patches Delivery Options

1. Priority Letter: Standard delivery for patches is via priority letter, providing a quick and reliable service.
2. Express Delivery with Track & Trace: For an additional fee, you can opt for express delivery with tracking information for more secure and faster delivery.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide, and shipping costs will vary based on location. International customers are responsible for any customs or import duties that may apply.
