Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Please note that custom-made products (such as embroidered patches, adult and baby clothing) are exempt from being returned unless they are defective or not as described. These items are made specifically to your design specifications and cannot be resold.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must either be defective, damaged, or not match the approved design. For non-custom products, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom-made or personalized items (unless defective)
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Sale items
Proof of Purchase
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as processing can take some time.
- Contact your bank, as processing time before a refund is posted can vary.
If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at {email address}.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, send us an email at [email protected] and ship the item to: Jozef Wautersstraat 2, 2600 Antwerp, Belgium.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to: Jozef Wautersstraat 2, 2600 Antwerp, Belgium.
Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary.
For more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
